Upon receipt, we contact you to make sure we understand what you need. Keeping in mind your specific requirements, we send you further information and you can choose your preferred option.
Based on the type of work required, your schedule and the qualities you look for in an assistant, we match you with the right VA who is then briefed to efficiently handle your workload.
We understand that you might need to share sensitive information with your VA during the course of work. To make sure your business is always safe, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before starting on your first project, and you sign PlatinumVA’s terms & conditions. You assign the task and your VA will ensure it is done. We track each and every project, so you know exactly where you stand every step of the way.
Our VA’s are qualified to handle administrative tasks and work diligently to provide accurate results. We make any changes you may require once you review the assignment.
At the time of sending you the invoice for each successfully completed project, we invite feedback on our service to improve our standards.
